Lost papers, wrong info given by 3 diferent people

Tuesday 22/10 I went to FNB the Grove to dispute amounts taken of my acc. I filled in forms with Sophie who told me she would email the proof to me, a week later more money went of my acc, after she cancelled my card, and I went back on 28/10, just to be told Sophie does not work for that branch, only helped out, and Knhayisa said there is no paper work, but not to worry, she will get the amounts reversed and it will take a few minutes. I waited 2 hours, and went back, just to be told by Mr Duncker that it can not be done, it takes 6 weeks at least, and I had to fill in all the forms again. I am very disapointed and is going to close my very good acc I have with FNB, as 3 workers of FNB The Grove told me 3 differrent stories regarding a despute of almost R18 000 taken of my card. Mr Duncker said it was, which I know, and now everything is hopefully going in again. Money has been taken from my acc by a travel agent, without my conscent, and no I have to just deal with it, that is how it is. FNB allowed money to go of my acc with no money in it. Mr Duncker told me that Sophie was suppose to take my card to send to the dep. She told me to through it in the dustbin.
