Vehcile not de-registrated

Good afternoon, i have sent an email to [Email Removed] already on 19/02/2013 at 12:17pm to which i received a read report on 19/02/2013 at 12:21pm to which i had no reply/feedback as yet. My boss's vehicle was written off and never de-registrated by Absa hence she is still liable for the license fees each year. i have also tried to contact 0860 33 33 40 and pressed option 5 for de-registrations but the phone only rings. The license is due this month but still no feedback from Absa. Hy have also contacted 0860 669 669 as well as 086 111 4229 which was given to me as a contact no but is actually a fax no.
