Debits Still not sorted

Hi There, I have really had it with this whole issue. I have spoken to several people regarding unauthorised debits coming off my account. I have already complained on Peter about this situation - a lady called me back and told me to fill in the disputed debit order forms and take them to my nearest branch, which I did. I printed and filled in -40 forms and handed them in, the man told me he will escalate this to the department.. Still havent heard anything and these debits are still coming off my accounts - new ones with different names every week. This is pathetic, what use is a bank if they cannot protect your money. I have been complaining since 2011 and always get told the same thing " department will call you back" - where is this department and why havent they done anything about this? I have been with Nedbank for many many years and expect alot better customer service than this. Please get somebody who can sort this out to contact me, I want this stopped and all my money reversed asap. Thanks
