Nedbank
How is this possible??

On the 12/08/2013 R1 960-00 was debited from my business account. I enquired with Nedbank Meyersdal and The Glen as to what this debit was. Neither branch could tell me where this debit came from. Also neither branch could reverse it. How is this possible??? This is then as Nedbank is allowing unauthorised debits to go through my account. I have a business to run and I need to use this money for stock for the week end as this my busiest time. To date the money is not back in my account and I have not heard a word from anyone from Nedbank. I need the money to be reversed back into my account asap with all interest owing to me. I am already considering moving to FNB as they have so much more to offer me and I now think its time. I have only earned around 95 000 greenbacks despite the fact that I have been earning points for years. Its really not benefiting me in any way.
