I picked up the phone and Danielle could not even respond politely to my greeting, she just said this is who I wanna speak to and that's it, I asked her what is the call in connection with and she SHOUTED in my ear saying what she's calling about. I cannot understand how people like DANIELLE are in an industry where you constantly talking to clients. SHE WAS RUDE AND I HOPE THIS GET'S DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. Each time I asked her what her call is in connection with she would completely IGNORE my question! IT WAS AN UTTERLY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! Honestly, it was PATHETIC.
