BAD SERVICE

It is with total dissapointment that what we paid for was not up to our standards
a 21st cake was ordered from Moemas with detailed specifications and upon collection it was not what we had instructed Danielle to have done on the cake.
when we went to go collect the cake, Danielle was not present at the time as was told and was assited by a co worker who clearly offered to assist for a new cake but Danielle refused and insited we would enjoy the cake.
I am utterly disgusted and annoyed at the service that was provided and I would not advise anyone to go to Moemas EVER!!!
