Imagine my shock when I realized that I now need to pay to sit in a seat with a view out of a small hole... imagine my shock when the bank reflected taking the payment off and then saying booking has not been processed...
Imagine my shock when someone in a call center was friendly.the phone was answered by Danielle who was way beyond patient, helpful and efficient. What could have been a very painful process was a pleasant one.

Danielle is a great rep/contact for your business and she sounds young (i am assuming) but given the opportunity I am sure she will make a great team leader or manager.
