I logged a complaint a few weeks ago about my car not being repaired, Few weeks later someone come to get my car and took it to the assessor, when my car was returned back my battery was missing, I than called your'l to let you know of what had happened and was advised that Onica will get back to me, I am still waiting for the feedback to what happened to my battery and my car is still not fixed yet I have sent through all the relevant documents, Please advise me what to do now or should I now take legal action as this is taking way too long. The accident happened on the 12/09/2013 and still this issue is not sorted out.
