FNB Credit Card - How do they expect you to pay

We have a Kulula Credit card, which is financed by FNB. We lost our business, and couldn't pay towards our accounts. We applied for sequestration and the attorney that we appointed to handle sequestration, took his time, and never finalized the sequestration. After about two years and we wanting to start paying off our debts, all the companies that we owed money, gave us quite a good settlement, and we are paying towards them.

FNB's attorneys that they appointed charged us over R15 per call. My question to FNB is, how do they expect people to repay the debt as you will never be able to pay the debt if FNB contribute.

At the end of the day, WE ARE NOT THE ONLY people that owe money. So are they taking advantage of people that are willing to pay their debt.
