King Price Insurance
Great shock!!!

Wow!!

I am really disappointed with King Price. A week back I hit potholes while driving in the rain and as a result had two punctures and a bent rim. My car was towed off to SMD in Pretoria and I was taken home. I expected that my car would be fixed in 2 to 3 days but I got the shock of my life. I was told the car has been written off and I have to supply documents so that the matter can be settled.

According to the assessment report, the car got damaged in a number of areas of which some were not true. As was written on the towing report, only the front tyres were marked as damaged but the report pulled out a lot of amazing and some unnecessary data to warrant a write-off.

Question is:
What do we pay insurance for?

We are given R1million for 3rd party liability but our cars are written off due to a small amount that the insurance should pay to fix. Now I wonder if I crash into a R2million car what would happen
