Online claims get ignored

I made an online claim on Friday, and despite the sms confirming that I'd get a call-back, I still, to date, have received nothing. This isn't the first time this has happened. What's the point of having a facility which seemingly does nothing? Can someone please call me back regarding my claim, as this is quite urgent!
