I spoke to Francis Jhb branch Friday 25th Oct at 10am to enquire why my Absa insurance has still not been cancelled after 2 months - said he never got the signed documents I then mailed him the e-mail I originally e-mailed 11th Oct with read receipt - phoning back to check if they rec my mail he was not available I spoke to Keneuwe that said e-mails take 2 to 3 hours I asked her to phone me when she gets it then said I must phone she's not phoning - bad service! I phoned again after 2 1/2 hours and spoke to Patric which said Keneuwe was not available nor Francis - After holding on for 10 min he came back to say I must still hold he could not help then after another 20 min he then came back and said Francis says I must just wait someone will phone me - well I never got a call - I expect interest to be reversed I cancelled 24th August it was going to take 10 days it's now more than 2 months still no answer - but the consultant at my branch phoned 2 weeks ago to check if I cancelled the policy how does she know but not your offices handling it - this better be sorted out and interest recalculated and mthly instalment to be adjusted I suggest to send staff on customer service courses!!
