Debit order still coming off

I spent 25 min on my a call to miway insurance last month cancelling my insurance with them only to see my debit order for the insurance still coming off. I cancelled my insurance with them after all four of my vehicle tyres where and they informed me that my excess would be in the region of R10k. I ended up buying 4 new rims and tyres myself, having given up trying to get the voice clip from miway that showed me agreeing to the terms and conditions. This has been an ongoing fight since july. Am extremely angry and look forward to miways response.
