Never got my money

After the documentary I watched from sabc 1 I strongly believe that the money that was taken from my account the bank is liable to pay because I am not the one who said criminals must get to your systems and still my money. I believe that 10 minutes I waited on the call waiting for someone to answer its the time you could saved my money so it means you are reliable to pay that money even if its half of it. How can R4500 disappear with in minutes if you want to know who did it check your cctv cameras please I want my money
