No feedback or rectification of Absa rewards

I have been a member of ABSA rewards for many years. July 2013 ABSA phoned me to upgrade my credit card to platinum. Since July 2013, my rewards haven't been allocated despite me spending significantly on my ABSA products monthly. I reported the issue on the 14th of October and spoke to Maxeen and was told that somebody will get back to me nobody got back. I then send a mail complaining on the 21st and complained and still no reply. I again phoned on Tuesday 22nd of October and was promised by Veliwe that she will phone me not later than Thursday 24th Today is 25th October my awards is not rectified nor has anybody contacted me. This service is pathetic, as soon as my rewards are paid out I intend on cancelling the service.
