Cancelled policy but debited

Hi There,

I am very upset about old mutual's lack of urgency shown when i went to cancel my child's education policy.
I was there on the 22/10/2013 to cancel my policy, i did the paper work and everything done same day within that hour i was there, the consultant advised me that there will be cancelation charges and she failed to tell me how much it was which i couldnt understand because that is money i was depositing and not borrowing.
on the25/10/2013 they decide to debit my account even though i had cancelled the policy, that money was for something else and the lack of urgency from their side to finalise everything shows that they do not care about my current situation, the agreed debit day is after the 27th of every month and that was for when the policy was still active, this is negligence, disrespect and it shows that their priorities have nothing to do with the customer but their bottom line and they are not even trying to hide it.
I want my money today I planned to go to table mountain with my fiance, she has the ticket and it expires on the 26th of october 2013, i was to collect mine same day as it is my birthday but i dont have the money to get there because you took it
