I am Apalled by the service received!!!

Have have all my assets insured with Absa via Ammanah Brokerage. I had an accident on the 21/04/13 and had received pathethic service from absa. I have had to be the middle man in order for Absa to do their job and guess what to date it has still not been finalised. UNFoRTUNATELY, I bought another replacement vehicle and this time added Car hire in case of emergency. I was included on the Group B car hire and was content that I had cover. I had insured a 7 seater vehicle and req. a replacement car. I was never informed what the Group car hire comprises off and no listing of the vehicles etc. My van was now stoeln which is out of my control and guess what I am back at it fighting co'z they want to give me a 5 seater car. I have 7 people in my family and i am told they I should accept this, Where do I put the extra members in the boot? If I am involved in a accident or stopped in a roadblock who would be responsible. My insurance is actually encouraging me to Break the law by accepting a 5 seater vehicle. I am supposed to be on a GRP I car hire which stipulates "minibus". I was NEVER advised of this on inception as req by FAIS. My insurance was supose to cover not cover u
