AIP Services Insurance deduction

AIP services deducted unauthorised premiums from my account. According Absa Enquiries Desk they told me that this only happen to customer who their cars happen to be financed by Absa car financing and for those customers that they do not have insurance cover for these assets.

I am happily insured at the moment and I am enjoying it. I wonder how ABSA managed to get into my finances without my knowledge and deducted my money. I tried to phone this unknown ABSA insurance company, no response from them when emailed and the same response when phoning. If you want to see if my vehicle is insured look at the documentation when the car was sold to me and call the insurer to see if I'm still insured.

The premium is way higher than what I'm currently paying anyway.

I need my money back cause this is pure from this guys.
