Pre-paid SMSes not being supplied

The last three or four times I've recharged my pre-paid SMSes on my phone using the Prepaid option on Internet Banking, my cellphone account is not being credited with them. Data bundles and airtime are credited fine, but not SMSes. I tested it tonight - I had 0 SMSes and I recharged and it's still 0. Checked the past receipts and the phone number is correct. Please could someone rectify this and ensure I get the SMSes I've paid for. I have spent more than R100 on SMSes and got nothing.
