Fnb personal lack professionalism

Fnb building loans specifically, Gabsile mthembu is hard to get ahold off... I try calling in connection with a query concerning paperwork I need to submit back to her, but she was on lunch from 12:30-14:30pm, then I tried calling her at 4:00 pm she had knocked off.i left numerous messages and she has never got back to me instead I have to be helped by her colleague.i eventually send back the required documents, she has not responded once to say things are on order, I try calling her today at 15:30... and she's not available, she is on the ladies room at first and then when I call at 15:50 she has already left work... this is just plain old poor service in terms of feedback.i can't get ahold of her...
