NO PROPER FEEDBACK ON PERSONAL LOANS

ON THE 22/01/2013 WE APPLIED FOR A LOAN ONLINE AND FAXED THE DOCUMENTS TO 0860102601. THEN ON THE 25/01/2013, WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM DEE FROM SMART SPEND LOANS, SAYING THAT THEY STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS AND ASKED US TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS TO HER, AND WE EMAILED THE DOCUMENTS TO [Email Removed] AND DEE CONFIRMED THAT ALL DOCUMENTS WERE RECEIVED.

ON THE 4/02/2013 I CONTACTED DEE ONCE AGAIN AS WE HAD NOT HAD FEEDBACK ON THE LOAN. DEE INFORMED US THAT IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO THE CAPTURING OF THE DATA BEING INCORRECT AND IT WAS CAPTURED AS AN EMPLOYEE/TEMP AND NOT AS SELF EMPLOYED/SOLE PROPRIETOR. DEE SAID THAT SHE WOULD RE-SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AND CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY. TILL TODAY WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DEE DESPITE PHONE CALLS NOT BEING ANSWERED BY HERSELF AND EMAILS BEEN SENT TO HER.

TODAY WE CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND SPOKE TO DWAYNE. DWAYNE SAID THE OLD APPLICATION WAS STILL ON THE SYSTEM AND NOT THE NEW CHANGED ONE. AND WE HAD TO REDO THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND RESEND ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION.

IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT WE'VE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG, AND NOBODY GIVES PROPER FEEDBACK. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 12 WORKING DAYS AND STILL NOT SORTED OUT.
