Despite waiting for my assigned agent to get back to my claim since Christmas, and despite NUMEROUS requests for a call back, I managed to get ahold of an accountable young lady who resolved my queries in 3 minutes flat. Not sure which lucky packet, MiWay finds the rest their staff in, and whether anyone ever reads the requests for a call back, but I'm glad that at least there are some good folk left at MiWay.
