I tried to purchase on PayPal using my Nedbank credit card.
I accidentally entered the incorrect expiry date, and the second time my cheque card ccv number (habit)
PayPal rejected my card payment and within FIVE (5) minutes Nedbank department called to make sure it was indeed me trying to use the card, as well as listed what i did incorrectly. They knew what mistakes i had made and that i was trying on PayPal.
I thought this was FANTASTIC! As within minutes THEY contacted ME letting me know my card could have possibly been being used.
Well done Nedbank!
