Tumelo has been an excellent person when it comes to helpfulness.
I had a complaint that I phoned through to my insurance company about a Panel Beater that I took my car to and he was the gentleman that I was lucky enough to get on the other side of the phone.
He has been such a wonderful person to talk to. He has never complained about me and the amount of calls that I made to him.
When ever he says that he will get back to me about something, he always does.
I have had other people from Budget phone me and promise the same things but to my surprise, they never phoned me back. I then phoned through and requested Tumelo even though he had completed my case to ask him more questions and I needed his help again.

I would just like to thank Tumelo personally because if it wasn't for him and for everything that he has done for me I would be a very unhappy Client.
