Budget insurance has been debiting my account for a cover i did not agree to to take with them. They listened to the call of the agent i have dealt with on the day of doing the quotation for vehicle insurance. They have acknowledged that i did not agree to taking the insurance but for some stupid reason they are debiting my account every month with R180.00.
