Firstly, you debited an Hon/Fee of R90.00 for my Multichoice debit order in Dec, despite the amount having gone through. Your charge, exorbitant in relation to other banks, would've been understandable had such debit gone through as unpaid, but it didn't. I demand a refund of such charge. Secondly, you debited an amount of R1522.36 on 25/01/2013 over and above my instalment of R3044.73 iro my personal loan acc. This, despite having spoken to Celeste Fraumene and another lady, after receiving an SMS on 23/01/2013 that you'd be debiting my acc in an amount of R4567.09. I made it clear to these two ladies that this acc was up-to-date and any additional debits to my current acc would be unauthorised, who assured me that only R3044.73 was loaded on their system. After receiving an SMS on 25/01/2013 notifying of the R4567.09 debit to my acc, I contacted Mandla at your Contact Centre on 26/01/2013 expressing my anger at this irregularity. I was informed that a refund would be made within 48hrs (completely unacceptable given that this unauthorised debit was the result of Nedbank's tardiness/incompetence). I demand an immediate refund, as Nedbank's error is causing me great inconvenience!!
