DUE TO THE LACK OF PROPER SERVICE DELIVERY,
I WILL NOT BE PAYING UNTIL THIS CHANGES.

RECIEVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM YOUR BANK THREATENING & HARRASSING ME
TO MAKE PAYMENT, AND HAVE ALSO RECIEVED MORE THAN 2 SMS ALMOST PER DAY
OF REMINDERS, THEN...

LAST NIGHT I GET A CALL FROM (011 - 498 6000 ) @ 19:52pm FROM A CHAP WHO NOW DEMANDS
MY PAYMENT.
CALL FOR HIS SUPERVISOR, HE DOES NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SPEAK, SPEAKS OVER MY
VOICE, GETS AGGRESSIVE, SO I END THE CALL.

THIS IS OBSERD AND ABSOLUTE NONSENCE TO RECIEVE CALLS AFTER BUSINESS HOURS.

SORT YOURSELVES OUT.
I WILL NOT PAY, AND INSTATE MY RIGHT UNDER THE C.P.A TO REFUSE PAYMENT DUE TO THE SHEER
LACK OF QUALITY SERVICE.

NEDBANK NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.
