I wanted to cancel my Insurance policy because my wife and I have decided to consolidate our insurances under her policy.

Delano provided me with quick and detailed information about the cancellation process. He also informed me of the pros and cons of terminating in time and warned me about a no-refund policy should I cancel too late.

It didn't take more than 5 minutes after sending the final instruction, before I received a confirmation of cancellation email.
