I have been a loyal Mi Way Client since 2008, the year of its inception. I have reffered friends and family members to join Mi Way as I was a happy client who know that Mi Way cared about their clients and valued their clients bussiness, which made me proud to be associated to a company like that! Until last week when I was buying a new vehicle and wanted a quotation for my new vehicle! I reaaly felt that they dont care about my business anymore! I feel that standard has drastically dropped in a big way, this by the level of competancy from their call centre agents! I have phoned in over 5 times to try and get them to help me with 1 enquiry, but till this moment nothing has been resolved! All I get is to be reffered to the next person and be made to hold the line for over 30 minutes until I hang up, and no one even bothers to come back to me! Today was the last straw, have been made to wait on the line for 40 minutes! I am dissapointed and heartbroken that I have even decided that I am taking my business somewhere else! And I will leave with every single client that I came with! I was a real loyal client of Mi Way and I believed in them, but after this I wonder!
