They don't bend over backwards!

I will never deal with OUTsurance again, they seem to have clauses in their policy wording that will shift responsibility/onus from them back to their client!!
I lodged a claim for a wall that fell down on my property during the past rainfalls in Durban over December period, this being the first claim i have lodged in three years and guess what? (Its not covered) the reason is that the wall has deteriorated over time and is considered "wear and tear or faulty construction"
Amazing how this faulty construction has lasted ten years!!
Please change your ad campaign to "We bend over backwards to find ways to not pay"
