On 01 November 2013, I sadly phoned the call centre of First for Woman to cancel my vehicle insurance policy due to the serverety the premium was rapidly inclining, bearing in mind that I have never submitted a claim in 9 years. There was no doubt in my mind to cancel my vehicle insurance policy and undertake a cheaper quote from another insurance broker that I received earlier.

As usual, First for Woman call center agents always greets and helps with a smile to the perceptible exception of Thami Sidu today.

I was still in the mode of cancelling the policy and doubting that this man (Thami Sidu) can beat the other quotes I received from other competitive brokers earlier. As I thought: "Yes - I was right!! " First for Woman can't beat the other quotes and I then started debating the excess. In my dismay, I was suddenly informed that my excess can also be lowered with an amazing R1000".

Thank you Thami, and thank you First for Woman to put my needs first and "bending further than backwards" that would make any other Insurance Broker even more "green" and without promising me a bribe (R400).
