Outsurance is the worst when they need to pay

My car was damaged, was repaired by a useless repair center. outsurance then decided to send it somewhere else and get me a loan car. they took out 20 days instead of 21 days. now i have been charged for the extra day because they didn't organize correctly. it has been 2 weeks and still not resolved. my insurance will be cancelled with you as well as moving my wife's insurance to a better company. the amount will now be extra due to interest.
