Death benefits still not paid out a year later!

I work at an Advice Office, where we've been trying to help a widow Netshirando Mbangiseni Joyce ID 6704050854083 get death benefits from her deceased partner's Piet Mbangiseni Baloyi ID 5201295563082 Provident Fund.
Despite many phone calls and emails to Alexander Forbes, the benefit has not been paid, though Piet died in 2012.
