Good Morning

I had a claim, which i reported to standard bank on the day that i received an sms saying that funds was taken off my credit card. This was in Septemeber. I phoned and got a ref/case no. to which i was told i would be contacted in 2-3 work days. no one phoned. i then phoned standard bank to which they informed me i needed to fill in a affidavit, i completed and sent back, this was on the 12th Sept, after sending it i received a read receipt only on the 21st Sept? another week? Still nothing from STD Bank, i phoned again, i was informed that they did not receive the affidavit, to which i replied, i have read receipt you defnitly have it." oh, hear it is mam" but it is not filled in correctly, you are confusing us mam? just because i ticked a box which i shouldnt have? my reply was simple, then explain better how the forms need to be completed. I resent it, and still no call, i phoned again on the 16th Oct to which i was informed they will phone me on that day? Today is the 21st Oct and i have not yet heard anything. Service is really really bad, and i dont feel proud to say that i bank with standard bank at all. as soon as this is sorted i am closing my accounts
