Terrible Service without any urgency to resolve!!

I have lost count as to how many times I have sent documents to African Bank to "Fica" my card. I have done this probably over ten times and every single time I get an SMS saying that it had been rejected. None of the people that work at their call centre have answers or resolution to offer. All I get when I call this company is "there are not documents on the system".

Finally after trying for a month, I managed to speak to one gentleman on Friday 18.10.2013 who had told me what the problem was. Apparently I had not been paying my card on time. I told him that is not possible because African Bank DEBITS ME. He went to check the records and confirmed that the incompetent accounts department had not updated their records for the payments & that all were paid on time. I complained that NOBODY had bothered to call me to tell me what the problem was.

Further to these problems, I tried to move my bank account to another company with all the facilities I have at my current bank. Thanks to African Bank and their pathetic accounts department, showed me up on ITC to be owing them an amount of R200 odd. My experience with this company has been! Now I am told I need to wait until 23rd!!!
