HOLLARD INSURANCE IS RIPPING ME OFF

On the 22/08/2012 i was contacted by Shiraz, a call centre agent for Hollard Extender Warranty. i was convinced that this is the best policy in the market. My Seat Ibiza Cupra was doing 95000 km so with that in mind i opted to go for peace of mind because i was keeping the vehicle for a few more years. I booked my car in yesterday for a service at Astral Motors and they diagnoses a few other faults namely engine mountings, turbo boost pipe leak and the l/front cv boot is torn

i advised the service advisor that i was fully covered by Hollard and furnished her with my policy documents respectively. upon he conversation with Quinton from Hollard, he advised that these items are excluded from the policy. i had told quinton that i was not advised of such a thing as i am paying R604.00 a month for the warranty which to my knowledge covers everything besides tyres, wiper blades, bulbs, petrol etc.

AS A CUSTOMER I FEEL I AM BEING RIPPED OFF. I AM PAYING R604.00 A MONTH AND GET THE BOOT WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. THEY WILL FIND EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY FOR MY REPAIRS JUST LIKE ALL OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES. HOLLARD IS NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR. THE Y PROVIDING A SERVICE AND I AM A PAING CUSTOMER
