They are giving me a run around for my money

In December, I swiped my card at many places thinking the money was going off my acount. On the 7th of January I checked my balance and saw that I was sitting on a negative balance. I called them and they said that I had swiped at places that have Absa speedpoint so Absa had a problem and a swipe I made on the 15th of December is was only going off my account on the 7th of January. I accepted this as I had made the swipe, my concern was that an Honouring Fee of R120 was charged on my account. I told them that this is not my fault and they need to do someting. The guys said he made a dispute for me and they sent me an sms on the 11th of January saying the funds would be reversed and would reflect in my account within 24 hours. I STILL HAV THAT SMS but the fund are STILL not in my account. I have been calling them everyday from the 16th and they say some one will call me back but no one has ever called me. I want my money! Immediately! I regret the day I ever opened an account with this bank and they will never see my money again because I have endless problems with them.
