Never been so disappointed with Standard Bank!!

In all the years I have been with Standard Bank I have never been so disappointed.

My partner and I went into the bank, to do a substitution to debtor which is basically deleting one title holder and adding another. (Well that's what we were told) Application was sent through and the bond was granted.
Our pre-agreement was sent to us but was populated with the bond amount that I initially paid for 4 years ago when I bought the house. When I phoned them they told me they did a new application because we can't do a substitution of debtor.

Now we have to phone the bank about 20 times a day just to get information out off them on what is happening with the new bond and what is happening with the old bond. Nobody provides us with feedback.
Then we phone them regarding the interest rate that I get charged on the new bond, which is way more than the old bond. Why would u charge us such a high interest rate when i am doing the bond for a second time and with standard bank again. Then they tell me the lawyers need to motivate a new interest rate, and the lawyer tells me its not their job. COME ON GUYS!
Up until now, I still have no idea what is happening. And nobody seems to care!!!
