MBD has placed a trace aler on my account

Today I have requested a ITC Report only to find that MBD has placed a trace alert on my account. I don't know what this is for but as per The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969, whatever this is should be prescribed, the account with MBD should be closed and the Trace Alert record removed from my ITC profile. Whatever account this is, you have no legal right to collect on it and no right to place a Trace Alert on my ITC Profile. To date i have comunicatted well with MBD and paid up my vodacom account. i need this trace alert to be removed, this is totally unacceptable.i really do not know why i have this trace alert against my name. utterly disgusted.
