Quicksure Insurance Doing me injustice

I would like to know if there is anyone out there who can assist me in understanding why in Quicksure Insurance denying my mother some justice:

my mother's car was right before our gate around 12:00 to 12:30 on the St of November 2012. Thru grace of Tracker located the car in about 30 min and 1011 police unit was alerted to go to the scene. The car was found with the following condition
1) The body was still intact, however the cut the front seat belts that they used to tow the car because the car locked due to mobilizer that has been installed in the car
2) The cart the wires trying to locate the tracker and took out the ignition as well, there few bumps that i suspect were due to towing of the car
3) The spare wheel and all the items that were in the car were also missing.

The insurance was consulted with the matter and they are now declaring the car a right off saying that wiring of the car is not economical. They are taking me from pillar to post somebody please help!
