FNB ripping their clients off

I recently came back from West Africa, a business trip that I will remember for the expensiveness of any type of service required! I was stunned when the hotel we stayed at wanted to charge us 2cedi ( - R10) per page to print, only to arrive back in SA and find that our banks to whom we pay monthly charges is ripping us off, even worse than the hotel in Ghana! My wife and I need 3 months bank statements to apply for a Visa, and surprise surprise, after waiting for 45min in a que with only 3 people infront of us, they wanted to charge us just over R11 per page!!! On hearing this I wanted to print out my own statements and let them stamp them, now that is not even allowed anymore! This is just another money making scheme implemented by FNB... I wonder what your dear Steve would have to say about this, I can already hear the next add on the radio! I would have understood if you charge me for 12 months worth of statements, but you know how often you require 3 months worth of statements... and do not tell me that the cost of making a copy/print cost more than R11/page... this is a disgrace FNB!
