FNB about Ebucks

Hello Peter,

I am sure we are all very aware of FNB's reward program Ebuck. They advertise all over media about how you can earn Ebuck when you spend using your FNB Cheque or Debit Card. Fuel rewards, Airtime, prepaid electricity, the list is endless. What they don't tell you is that if they do not approve of your spending habits, they will not award you ebucks. But they don't tell you either how they want you to spend your money. You must use their products, insurance cover and who knows what else.

Meanwhile, they do not know two cents about your life. Who you are, what you like, or anything. they just judge you based on a few transactions going through your account.

So I want to warn potential clients out there, don't be fooled by all their sweet talk to get you to move your account, you might just be in for a big surprise.

My biggest question is: Who does FNB think they are to judge me based on transactions I make on my account. Maybe it is time to move back to Nedbank. At least they did not get 62 complaints in the last 60 days...
