No answer at ABSA Health Care Insurance

It is totally unacceptable that ABSA Health Care Insurance's phone number is not manned over a weekend.

A family member had a stroke earlier today and we called the ABSA Health Care Insurance number 0860 100 380 in order to determine the extend of the medical insurance that the person has. Music is played, but the call does not get answered!

Needless to say, it caused us now to fork out R20 000 in order to get the patient admitted to hospital!

Totally unacceptable!
