Absa unable to solve my problem in 6 weeks

I registered for ABSA rewards in May this this year. At the end of May the first R21 was deducted from my account. On my online banking the account is available but it showed R 0.00 rewards. At the end of June I contacted ABSA rewards because my balance was still R 0.00 and the reply was that because I have registered in the middle of the month it will be added at the end of the next month. Come end of July, surprise surprise - balance still R0.00. On the 1 st Aug I logged an official complaint with a reference number. They found out that my transactions were not automatically captured. They had to update it manually. After about 3 week I had to contact them again and now there was a balance on my account but I was still unable to see anything on my online profile. I was requested to also report this to internet banking and IT department. I had to sent them a Screenshot of my online profile on internet banking. Now almost 6 weeks after reporting this it is still not solved. How difficult can it be for a big company like ABSA with the best IT persons, to solve an individual problem like this?
