Still no eBucks from March

I complained that i didn't receive ebucks from march. All I was told was that I don't qualify. This is untrue. I qualified in march then why not now? I even received an email, with my name on, that i will earn with swiping my FNB Cheque account card and by using my linked petrol card. Ebucks is just passing it on that FNB didn't inform me that I won't receive ebuck, but as mentioned they did send me an email confirming that I have to earn eBucks. I'm sick and tired. Where can I report either FNB or eBucks for giving me the wrong information or that I don't get what I'm paying for? This is the second time I'm reporting FNB/eBucks.
