47 Days - still NO money

I wrote a complaint about a payment I reversed but still haven't received my money. They said I would receive it on 17 Oct. It is now 18 Oct - 47 days later and I still DO NOT have my money. No one is contacting me or doing anything about this. The service is absolutely unexceptable! I stopped the payment, sighned all the papers to stop it, before the money was taken. Yet they let the payment go off and now I have to wait a month and a half just to get my money. I want this resolved, this is apaulling!!!
