Query re claim on service plan (no response)

Liquid Capital won't pay for my car's 1st 10000km service. Said the policy only covers for every 15000. Call centre advised the policy is a 3 y/45000 plan would count for whichever one comes first. I was assured me it would not be a problem and won't lose my warranty. In a case where the vehicle must go every 10000kms it can be taken 4 x 10000kms with this policy. I trusted and believed him now they won't pay. I contacted C/Cent spoke to Lerato said she will request the recording when policy was taken out to hear what was discussed she will get back to me. Waited nearly 2hrs no response. Called several times just ringing - vmail - can't leave a msg. Eventually got hold of Vanessa left a msg for Lerato to call - no resp. Sent email to [Email Removed] came back mailbox full, rated service on website as unsatisfied - no resp. I pd for service myself, wasting my money, paying for nothing. Clearly this policy is not beneficial for my needs which means I need to cancel it. All I had so far is inconvenience embarrassment and frustration. I should have done my homework before signing up with this company. I request that my complaint be escalated to management and response.
