Incompetence, Bad service and no-one cares!

I went to Nedbank Norwood Mall to open a Late Estate's account for my late father. Jacob, a sales consultant helped us open the account. This was on 9 October. On 14th October, I called Jacob to find out how long it would take to open the account and transfer the funds. He said he needed a letter from my mom with some necessary information. I emailed him the letter that afternoon. I called on Wednesday 16 October to follow up. He said he received the letter and would call the necessary person and would get back to me. I am still waiting for that call. I called again today, 18 October and left a message with the receptionist Mishay.By 2pm today, I still had not heard from him, so I called again and spoke to Mishay. I asked for Jacob and she put me on hold, then put the phone down on me. I called again and said I wanted to speak to a manager. because now I have a complaint. She was so rude and would not put me through. It is totally unacceptable! I have been a client of Nedbank's for years and this service is UNACCEPTABLE! Absa here we come!
