3 Months and Waiting

Please can someone tell me why I have not yet received my UCount rewards card yet - it's been 3 months already and the people keep assuring me that I can expect it in 21 days? It's not like I live in some remote area... gosh I can understand being the biggest bank in South Africa comes with high demand, but this should also mean your reach should stretch further than the rest.

How can this be escalated to someone who can get the job done? FNB delivers any card within 3 days irrespective of your location... Come on standard bank, don't fail me now, I'm trying to win my wife over to join Standard bank, but at this rate she's winning me over to FNB :(
