Wonderful service from Call Centre

I have long been dissatisfied with Std Bank's customer service but the last 2 interactions I have had with the call centre were marvellous. Today a man by the name of Karabo helped me to link my cheque account and home loan and was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Really happy, thanks!
